At Wild Isle, each of our products is carefully crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our skincare and self-care products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or opened items.
That said, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not fully enjoying your product, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the product cost.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the issue.

If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, we may request photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only (excluding shipping).

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved.
